Herbal teas: Instead of drinking coffee, which can leave you with oral odor and dehydrated—why not try tea? The best alternative to coffee is herbal tea. You can choose from a variety of natural flavors to brew to keep you hydrated and calm during pre-ceremony jitters.
Avoid eating strawberries, blackberries and raspberries; although they are packed with vitamins they can leave seeds behind in your teeth.
